The problem is that I don't know why. All of the figures that are displayed to the seller show that I am in complaince by a large margin. It apparently has to do with figures that eBay doesn't make available to the seller that is the problem. E-mails to eBay and a phone call to them was to no avail as they are not flexible on anything and talk around the subject instead of giving you truthful answers.
